Welcome to Sexiness.ai (“Website,” “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Sexiness.ai is intended exclusively for adults.

  • By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Users must explicitly acknowledge that they are 18+ before registering or purchasing credits.
  • The Platform is not accessible in jurisdictions that require government-issued ID–based age verification. Access from such locations is automatically blocked.
  • Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the Platform.
  • Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions, including providing false information, will result in immediate account termination and permanent banning.

2. Content, Characters, and Services

Sexiness.ai provides access to entirely AI-generated fictional content.

Public (Non-Subscriber) Users may:

  • View Safe-for-Work (SFW) AI-generated images.
  • Like publicly available content.

Registered and Paying Subscribers may:

  • Access Not-Safe-for-Work (NSFW) content (which represents less than one-third of the Platform’s total content).
  • Interact with AI-generated characters via text-based chat.
  • Follow specific characters.

All characters, images, messages, and scenarios are fictional and AI-generated. No real persons are depicted or represented.

3. Content Responsibility and Moderation

Pixelownia assumes full responsibility for all content displayed on Sexiness.ai.

  • All content, including images, text, character descriptions, chat interactions, and platform features, is actively reviewed and monitored prior to publication and on an ongoing basis.
  • Pixelownia ensures that all content complies with applicable laws, card-network regulations, and payment-processor requirements.
  • Users do not upload content to the Platform.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Sexiness.ai:

  • Any depiction or reference to persons under 18
  • Non-consensual, coerced, exploitative, or abusive scenarios
  • Incest or family-role scenarios
  • Intoxication, alcohol use, drugs, sleep, hypnosis, or impaired consent
  • Violence, bodily harm, blood, bodily injury, menstruation, or bodily waste
  • Animals or pets in any context
  • Background individuals, including blurred or distant persons
  • Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or modern slavery
  • Any illegal activity

Any violation will result in immediate removal and account termination.

5. Credits, Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Credits

  • Access to NSFW content and AI chat features requires the purchase of platform credits.
  • Credits are digital goods consumed when used.
  • Credit purchases are one-time transactions and do not auto-renew.
  • Used or partially used credits cannot be restored or transferred.
  • Users are responsible for monitoring their credit balance via their account dashboard.

Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the service:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Refunds may be issued only for:
  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified technical issues preventing credit usage
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to contact@pixelownia.com.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
  • Unused credits do not constitute a refundable balance.

Chargebacks

  • Users must contact contact@pixelownia.com before initiating a chargeback.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Pixelownia cooperates fully with payment processors and card networks.
  • Evidence including access logs, IP addresses, usage records, and transaction history may be submitted.

6. Complaints and Takedown Procedure

Sexiness.ai provides a clear and fair complaint process.

  • Illegal or non-consensual content is removed within 24 hours of notification.
  • All other complaints are reviewed and addressed within 7 days whenever possible.
  • Complaints may be submitted via contact@pixelownia.com.

7. Data and Privacy

  • Pixelownia collects and stores only the data necessary to operate the Platform.
  • Personal data is deleted when an account is closed, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • We do not sell user data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Links

  • Any third-party links displayed on the Platform are actively monitored.
  • Links found to violate applicable standards are removed immediately.
  • Links to services that cannot be adequately reviewed or controlled are not permitted.

9. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Pixelownia maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Human trafficking
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Modern slavery

Any suspected activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including AI-generated images, text, software, and design, is owned by Pixelownia Sp. z o.o. and protected by law. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

11. Disclaimers

  • Fictional Content: All characters and scenarios are fictional and AI-generated.
  • Service Availability: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Pixelownia may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelownia is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

13. Termination

Pixelownia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
