By using Sexiness.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Users must click to acknowledge they are 18+ before registering and subscribing.
The Website is not accessible in countries requiring ID-based age verification. If you attempt to use the service from such a jurisdiction, access will be blocked.
Minors (persons under 18, under the legal age of majority, or under 21 where required) are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of this Website.

Public Users (non-subscribers) may:

Like content. Registered and Paying Subscribers may:

Follow specific characters. All content and characters are entirely AI-generated. No real humans are depicted.

Access to NSFW content and AI chat features requires the purchase of platform credits.
Credits are digital goods that are consumed when users interact with gated content and features.
Credit purchases are one-time transactions and do not renew automatically.
Once credits are used or partially used, they cannot be restored or transferred.
Users are responsible for monitoring their credit balance through their account dashboard.

Earned Credits via Promotional Actions

Users may earn non-monetary promotional credits by completing sponsored activities, advertisements, surveys, or other incentivized actions made available on the Platform.
Earned credits are provided as bonus, non-cash, non-transferable promotional value and have no cash equivalent.
Earned credits cannot be withdrawn, refunded, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts.
Pixelownia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke any earned credits if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of advertiser terms is detected.
Availability, reward amounts, and eligibility for earned credits may vary by location and are determined by third-party offer providers.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided upon credit purchase, all credit sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of:
Duplicate charges, or
Verified technical issues that prevent the use of purchased credits.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date to contact@pixelownia.com.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method only.
Unused credits do not constitute a refundable balance.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact our support team at contact@pixelownia.com to attempt to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
We cooperate fully with our payment processors and card networks to contest fraudulent or invalid disputes.
Evidence including access logs, IP addresses, account usage, credit consumption history, and transaction records may be submitted during dispute resolution.

We collect and store user data only as necessary to provide the service (e.g., access management, chat functionality).
When a subscription ends, all associated personal data is deleted.
We do not sell user data to third parties.

You agree not to:

Fictional Content: All characters and scenarios are AI-generated and entirely fictional. No real persons are depicted.
Accuracy: While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pixelownia Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Website.

Upon termination, your access to the Website and subscription content will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
