  • Voice & Transcription Data (Voice Chat): If you use voice chat, we process your microphone audio in real time to convert speech to text and generate an audio reply. We do not store voice recordings. We may temporarily process transcripts to provide the service and prevent abuse.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for:

  • Managing subscriptions and payments.
  • Providing access to content and chat features.
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

Voice Features (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech) When you use voice chat, we use your audio only to (a) transcribe your speech into text to generate a response and (b) generate an audio response for playback. We do not store or retain voice recordings. We do not use voice recordings to train our own models. Processing may be performed by third-party service providers as part of delivering the voice feature.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure All visual, textual, and conversational content on Sexiness.ai is generated using artificial intelligence.

All audio voices available on the Platform are synthetic, computer-generated voices and are not recordings or performances of real persons, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No real persons are depicted, and all characters, conversations, and scenarios are entirely fictional. User data is never used to train AI models or generate new content.

Communications We may use your email address and account information to send you important service-related communications, including account updates, security alerts, and platform notifications.

We may also send occasional updates regarding new features, improvements, or relevant platform announcements. These communications are considered part of the service. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such messages or through your account settings.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain user account data only for as long as an account remains active or as necessary to provide access to purchased credits and Platform features.
